How do free credits work?
Every new user gets 20 free AI credits upon signup. Free-tier models (Gemini Flash, GPT-4.1 Mini, DeepSeek V3, Claude Haiku) cost 1 credit each. Pro and Enterprise models cost more credits per request. You can spread your credits across any available models — it's completely flexible.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits are exhausted, you'll see an upgrade prompt. You can still use all other features — shared rooms (as a viewer), community feed, networking, and direct messages. To continue AI conversations, simply upgrade to any paid plan.
Can I switch between AI models freely?
Yes! Credits are website-level, not per-model. You can chat with GPT-4.1 Mini for 1 credit, switch to Gemini Flash for 1 credit, try DeepSeek V3 for 1 credit, or use Claude Opus 4.6 for 20 credits. Premium models cost more credits because they have higher API costs. On paid plans, you also get access to premium models like GPT-5.4, Claude Opus 4.6, o4 Mini, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and o1 Pro.
How does billing work?
After selecting a plan, you'll fill out a short form and our team will contact you within 24 hours to set up your subscription. We handle billing manually to ensure the best experience for each user. Reach us anytime at support@aimlapp.com.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.
Why are some models marked as Pro or Enterprise?
Premium models (like GPT-5.4, GPT-5.1, Claude Opus 4.6, o4 Mini) have higher API costs from their providers. We’ve tiered access so free users get great models while keeping our platform sustainable. Paid plans unlock all models.
